INVO Pocket is designed with an "offline-first" architecture. All your business data, including clients, quotations, invoices, and business profile information, is stored locally on your device by default.

2. Cloud Backup and Synchronization

To prevent data loss, INVO Pocket offers an optional cloud backup feature. When you sign in with your Google Account, the app securely syncs your data to our secure Firebase database. This allows you to restore your data if you reinstall the app or switch devices. We do not share this data with third parties or use it for marketing purposes.

3. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. In the app settings, you can use the "Delete Account & Data" option. This action will:

• Download and save your latest cloud backup to your device's local storage for offline access.
• Permanently delete all your data from the cloud servers.
• Sign you out of your account.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google Sign-In for authentication and Firebase Firestore for cloud backups. These services comply with strict security standards to ensure your data is protected in transit and at rest.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
