How do I create an invoice?
To create an invoice, navigate to the Invoices tab and tap the + button. Fill in the invoice details, add your items, select a client, and tap Generate PDF to preview and save the invoice.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes! INVO Pocket is designed to be an offline-first app. You can create clients, invoices, and quotations without an internet connection. The app will automatically sync your data to the cloud the next time you are online.
How do I change the currency symbol?
Go to the Settings tab and tap on Currency. Choose your preferred currency, and it will be updated instantly across all your invoices, quotations, and dashboard summaries.
Are my invoices backed up?
If you sign in with your Google Account, your data is securely backed up to the cloud. You can restore your data if you switch devices or reinstall the app. If you use the app without signing in, data is stored locally on your device only.
How do I delete my account and data?
To delete your account, go to the Settings tab and select Delete Account & Data. This will permanently delete your data from the cloud. However, the app will download and save a final copy of your data locally on your device before deleting the account, so you won't lose your work.
How do I share a quotation or invoice?
Once you generate an invoice or quotation, a PDF preview will open. From there, you can tap the Share button in the top right corner to send the PDF via email, WhatsApp, or other messaging apps.
